Please bring vaccination records, any medications (we cannot administer injections), food, emergency contact numbers and any personal items. You may bring beds, chew toys, or any manageable item that will enhance your pet’s stay. We ask that for your pet’s safety, do not bring any glass or ceramic items. (while we take every possible precaution to return all belongings in good condition, we recommend cherished items stay at home).
Your pet is about to have the best time ever and meet so many new BFFs (Best Furry Friends). With that being said, they may sleep a little more when they get home or want extra dinner (or even eat less!). All of that is completely normal. You can learn more about what to expect by clicking here!
The safety of your pet is our top priority. For our canine family members, we will need proof of the DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) vaccines. Your pet must have at least the first round of the 2 part Canine Influenza series in order to visit us and enjoy all the excitement our resort has to offer. If your puppy (3-6 months of age) is looking to enroll in Puppy Preschool, please call your local resort for vaccine requirements.
For our feline guests, we will need to see proof of a current FVRCP and Rabies vaccine.
All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinary professional.
YES and we highly encourage it! The best thing for the health of your pet is to stay on their regular diet. Changing your dog’s diet may result in an upset stomach while staying at PetSuites. If you bring food for your pet from home, we ask that you pre-bag the appropriate amount of food for your stay. We do have a premium veterinary diet, Purina EN, available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same at home, at a cost of $2 per day. Please leave bowls at home because we provide them for all of our guests.
At PetSuites, the health and safety of our guests, their owners, and our staff is our highest priority. Learn more about some of the specific policies we have in place to keep everyone happy and healthy!
Yes, we are offering tours of the resort by appointment so please call us to schedule one. To limit the number of people in our facility, we are currently only offering tours for our new customers to see where their pets will stay and play and one family at a time. Masks are required and we will provide one if needed when you arrive.
Yes, reservations are required for boarding and grooming services. Reserve online or contact your preferred location today! We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible, especially during busy times of the year. A $25 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
If your pet needs veterinary care while during his or her stay PetSuites will try to consult with your pet’s primary veterinarian. If this is not possible, we work with several local veterinarians to resolve any medical situation that may arise. At PetSuites, our goal is to be the best place for your pet when they aren’t at home, and that means ensuring a happy, healthy and safe environment. We are pleased to offer the PetSuites Health Care Commitment Program, in which PetSuites will reimburse you up to $500 for any eligible expenses incurred while your pet is at our resort receiving boarding, daycare, training and/or grooming services. When you bring your pet to PetSuites, you are automatically enrolled in this program and will be eligible to receive this reimbursement for any treatment or diagnosis provided by your licensed veterinarian for any incident that occurred during your pet’s stay or up to 5 days after their departure. For more details regarding the program and to sign the Health Care Commitment, contact your local resort.

For their own safety and the safety of others guests, we are not able to accept unneutered male cats, guests in heat or those that may be coming into heat, guests that are pregnant, guests with open wounds, stitches or contagious diseases. We administer medications free of charge, however we are unable to give injections. If you have additional questions, please contact your local resort.
